The location is exceptionally nice and perfect adjacent to the city center and the main attractions of Nice, Residence Pearl, and Jean-Medecin where the tram stops as well the shopping streets, and the rooms are exceptionally comfortable. The staff is very amiable.

The location was great, cozy part of town, near the beach, affordable eateries, lovely hosts.

I stayed at Residence Pearl for a couple of nights and it served my simple travel needs perfectly. The location was great, just a short walk to the old city area and the beach. The room, although missing a few items, was nice and clean, and the kitchenette was a pleasant surprise. The affordable rate and welcoming hosts made it even better. a comfortable place to rest your head and great value for money.

the hosts were welcoming and the studio had everything I needed. It was as expected based on the photos and provided great value for money. the area was cozy and not far from the beach, with plenty of affordable eateries nearby. I especially enjoyed the convenience of being able to leave my luggage on the day of check-out. a positive experience at the residence.

The studio we stayed in at Residence Pearl was quite nice, despite missing some items. We found it reasonably clean and it served its purpose at an affordable rate. The location of the hotel was excellent, being close to the "old city" area and a quick walk to the promenade and beach. The kitchenette, complete with an induction stove top, was a convenient addition for those who wanted to cook.
